Expired goods every time!

We as a company are using PnP business account to order food, snacks, alcohol, cleaning detergents etc. every month. Although they have a place to write something to the "packer" they just ignore that. Month after month they are sending us expired goods OR so close to expiring. The last order 3days ago there were little black-look-like-****roaches in the sealed popcorn bags with expiry date 2025. These "goggas" bit through the bags and we contacted PnP, they asked us to keep all the expired goods to be collected. No one has pitched up - 3 days later and we have to keep these little pests in our office for one day when they feel like collecting... I am fed up with your old stock! Liquor without expiry dates! We are going to close our account! Await the "refund" for the expired items. Not going to keep those "goggas" in our office anymore as I am sure you will NOT pay for pest control. Disgusted is not the word!
