Expired Goods and Missing items

I places an order on the Pick n Pay ASAP App. The response was quick however I got expired Ham and some Items from my order were missing. I reported this with the call center, the agent was very helpful and they said they will get back to me. I am just worried that they picked and packed expired goods. Do they not check such things? Health Hazzard... And Missing items? I'm disappointed
