Expired formula

I am highly disappointed and disgusted by PnP!! I ordered Alula Gold stage 2 for my baby and I received a expired formula. I logged a complaint and sent an image and I have never been contacted I spoke to Leah on 28th of October 2025 at 09:45, there was no communication so I called the next day and spoke to dean and resent the pictures as proof. Nobody had contacted me regarding this…

My question is how many other babies other are consuming the same range? Pick n Pay does not care as nobody has said anything to me. I still have the formula with no refund nor any sort of compensation
