Expired food on the shelves

On the 16 February I bought a pasta sauce only to discover when I got that the sauce expired in 23 September 2022. I twitted a complain and was rest assured that someone will attend to the situation. No one ever came back to me and atleast tell how on earth did they allow that sauce to be on the shelves. This gives a clear indication that Pick ‘n Pay doesn’t care about its customers, I mean this product could’ve been bought by more customers and the store isn’t bothered. How this sauce inconvenienced me and my family, no one cares about that. You don’t know the pain of promising your kids special meal and fail because of Pick ‘n Pay?! It’s life as normal right. I will obviously be shopping at a store that takes my grievances better than you. It makes me upset realising that all of us could’ve consumed that sauce and Pick ‘n Pay would still have not taken responsibility. I had options of choosing Somalian stores but I chose Pick ‘n Pay thinking it’s better but little did I know that I was choosing Somalian store in disguise.
