Expired food

I would like to share my dissapointing experience with the Pick n Pay in Midrand.on the 16/05/2024. I bought King Korn Malt 2KG. This was manufactured on the 04/03/2024 and expiring date 04/12/2024 as stated outside the pack. I was surprised to find alive worms 🪱 inside the package. I'm questioning myself how should we believe the expiry dates on the foods of Pick n Pay?!?!!?. Lately there were rumours that our local ****a shops are selling rotten food. Where should we go now when we get rotten things at our big retail shops.
