Expired food

I'm really disgusted,straight after work I got to pick n pay to do my monthly groceries and as usual I picked up the Happy days pizza bases which comes in a pack of 4 thinking that today we all will have home made pizza's for dinner got started with the prep, open the packet of pizza bases only to find them looking dried up and pale in colour so I immediately checked the expiry date and it was already expired in March 2022.Im really diassapointed how can a big shop like pnp lemon tree New redruth keep expired stock?shouldn't it be FIFO?I work in the food industry I'm a Catering Manager,we get audited monthly shouldn't we be checking our stock?This is really not acceptable. My time,money and my families supper were ruined.
