Expired food

i received expired maize meal with worms inside, i called and i was told i will get an email to send proof and then I will get feedback. I never got the email until I had to call back again and the i was promised a manager callback which i am still waiting for. I got an email that refund was done however due to issues with my app it was deleted and i cant access the refund. I slept without eating, wasting my airtime having to call over and over again. I wasted my electricity.
