Expired food

Im honestly cancelling my account and ties with pick n pay. 1st time i ordered @11:10 in n the morning, my order came at 18:00. Now im getting expired item, after logging the request, its now closed with no solution but im out here with expired food and mo solution. I logged both on spp and sent an email, i even went as far as going to my nearest pick n pay but i was told they dont deal with online purchases. What the ****. This is really ****ing me off.
