Expired food at pick n pay

I am really disgusted by the manager's (Enrico Van Niekerk) remorseless attitude at the Lambton branch. All he could say was sorry??? We bought slices of cake before and were not satisfied, but after yesterday's devastating surprise (a stiff and hard as a rock piece of cake that's been out for most probably a few weeks) I am reluctant to contact the Health department on them. How do they not consider the customer's health? We have been loyal clients, but at some point, you have to reconsider and publicy it to all your friends andreletavies about the "don't care attitude from the employees of this company. An evening spoiled.
