Expired food and cross contamination

Pick n pay durbanville are the pits or let me say some manager. I went into the store a 3 weeks ago bought a yoghurt and to my surprise this yoghurt was 4 days pass the expiry date not even bestbefore. Then today I went to go and buy cold meat chicken loaf the lady behind the deli took a look at the loaf and advise its not looking good for anyone to eat. She removed all the loaf from the plate, yet there was more polony that was on this plate meaning if it was not good for human consumption that means all the polony on that plate was cross contaminated. I explained that to the manager that its my 2nd time with in a month that I either had expired products or this time food that`s cross contaminated. The sad part is 1stly she did not even bother to take my details regarding this, 2ndly she did not even suggest to remove the rest of the items away or even dispose of it and lastly the arrogance she had when I explained everything and advise I will report this as for health and safety. Her attitude was well go ahead and do as you please. For a Brand that is well known in SA and where I used to shop this will become a place I will not easily set my foot in due to bad service, expired food items and cross contamination( playing with people`s life. I have to say Pick n Pay Durbanville you have really disappoint me this time
