Expired food
I was at Pick n Pay The Wheel in Durban ( KZN ) yesterday 22/05/2018 around 13H00 I bought a full dish which was chicken curry and rice the food smelled horible and it was completely off the rice was stinky and expired. I then went to the store after my shift ended at 5 to return the food the management was very rude and unprofessional to me they just told me that its the customers fault because we are the ones that put the food on counter and mistakes happens even stores like 'Woolworths' make those mistakes. He told me thay there was no problem with it and i said he should eat it of he says so he said i wont do that. They did not have the audacity to apologize nor bare in mind that i hadnt eaten the whole day since my lunch was ruined.I told the supervisor that i want to take a picture of the food to complain after that she hided the food and took the food away and said i shouldnt do the i left the store with nor apology in whats so ever i even asked them why they dont jst admit their fault and let go but they did not yet kept putting the blame on customers and hot food warmers i am very dissapointed about this i am not even feeling well after having that toxic food my tummy was just complaining
