Expired food

I cannot believe such a huge outlet would sell expiry food stuff as simple as chips. I have been doing my grocery shopping at pick n pay for years but this is extremely dissapointing. I had to get this from my daughter that there is something wrong with the chips & unfortunately I bought them in bulk, sooo dissapointed. So am I expected to spend my money for petrol to drive back there to return them?
