expired food

i bought by pnp using ASAP delivery on 16th July i received expired flambee pudding that expired on 11th July it made my son sick,i immediately contacted them after fe days i was sent email saying my R14,99 will be refunded...not sorry or even a we will deliver replacement free,the meds i had to buy my son cost triple that.im still wating for my refund of 16th of what they never had in stock,funny how they can take your money immediately but it takes 7 to 10 working days to get your refund
