Expired cream sold to customers 💔

Hi I’m so disappointed with your pavilion branch I bought 3 fresh cream on the 24/12/23 and didn’t check expiry dates only to find out on the 25th when I opened 1 that it was off when I checked the date I found that it expired on the 24th. Why was is still on the shelf????? Had Christmas with no dessert my in-laws were so disappointed ☹️ to top it all I inboxed Pick ‘n Pay on Facebook and no one has called me to advise on what to do with the cream???🙄 but please see their advise below… Please be advised that the Use By date was the 24th of December and when you attempted to use it on the 25th of December it was already past the Use By date. So if the use by date was the 24th was it supposed to be on the shelf and sold to customers assuming that they will use it on that day???? I am so not happy with how your team responded. I paid full price for the items they were not even reduced.
