Expired biscuits from Pick n pay

I am so disappointed on how Pick n Pay mall of the north is handling my matter . They first told me unfortunately they can not even give me a hamper to apologise and I must fill in the form . When I filled in the form they did not want to give me a copy because of “poppi act “. After I drove out they tell me that I must come back to get a refund of the product . I told them no let my issue go to insurance or my lawyers will contact because it’s not fair I vomited because they sold me rotten food . Is it because I am black , they would not do this to a white person . The lady helping me you could see she really felt bad and even wanted to apologise with a hamper but her superior told her no . The superior has zero respect for client experience . She’s demanding a doctors note . I have charcoal pills I drank to stop the rotten food poisoning. I want to be compensated a refund I for making me eat rotten food does not mean good customer service you must go beyond the call of duty . You literally messed up my two days . Even my tik tok followers want justice for me

Hello any update regarding my matter

So Pick ‘n Pay came back to me offering me R150 for making me eat rotten food . R150 after I threw up n was sick . Makes me wonder if they would offer such to a white person not even a hamper . Then I am told I must not disclose the amount to my followers on social media I must tell them I am happy with the settlement. They want to keep it private cause they know they are doing me dirty . No accountability from their insurance side
