Expired alcohol and no refund from Pick n pay Hillcrest Durban

Till this day, a year and 2months, Pick 'N Pay never rep**** to my complaints after I was sold expired liquor, got sick and never refunded my money after I returned the liquor and launched a complain. I tried in many occasions to e-mail and complain but till this day. I am still waiting, not even my money refunded. After being called a **** and been told I'm trying to rob pick n pay and they never even apologised and told to my face that I'm a ***** and after they found that the liquor was bought from their shops non of them or pick 'N pay bothered to make a follow up or atleast refund me my money.
