Expiration of fresh produce

I have been a very loyal customer to Pick 'n Pay for many years. If you look at my Discovery credit card and Smart Shopper card you will see that I spend a lot of money at Pick 'n Pay. I have complained about a lot of their fresh food that is always expired. On the 04/01/2016 my wife bought a fresh cream. She then made supper using the fresh cream. We also purchased chicken and two packets of cook in sauces a few days earlier from Blue Hills Pick 'n Pay. All in the meal cost approximately R140. My wife soon found after adding the fresh cream that it had gone off. She had already disposed of the container. I did call Sanridge and spoke to Riaz Hassim (Store Manager) and he then said he could not help if i did not have the container. I also said to him that I have the cash sale slip and the food that was gone bad due to the bad fresh cream. He said he cannot help. This store does not ever merchandise their fresh products properly as this has happened to me many times. I am now R140 out of pocket. Needless to say i will be very reluctant to visit this Pick 'n Pay. I am going to take a photo every time I find expired stuff and I am going to expose it to the public.
