exellent client service that left me wow

I complained about bad attitude and client service and within 1hour pick and pay attended to me and they got some1 to call me and I got an email for apology and I went to the store and the goods were delivered to me with a smile and great attitude and excellent client service indeed. when I got to the store I got a VIP treatment from Nonny and Jabu and I cant stop smiling to even notice that there were staff assigned at the client service after my complain .Honestly Pick and pay cares for its customers and they can go an extra mile to ensure good customer satisfaction. thanks to Nonny,Jabu and Marise who attended to my complain promptly and to the whole pick n pay team and to Hello peter team.keep up the good work guys. <br> <br> Regards <br> Pulane(happy pick n pay customer)
