Exchange policy not app**** the same to all customers

Exchange policy does not apply to all clients. I went to pick n pay at lakeside mall to exchange an item that was bought together with groceries in the same shop on the 13th February 2025 and the shirt was small. I went to the store yesterday 22nd without slip but still has tag and new.

Client service not the same especially because of skin colour. Client posted here hello peter had the same query and was given option to exchange and it was after 14 days, yet I was told they can't exchange for something else( it had to be the same item even color just different size) how does that make sense. The size i had was the last size , so I can't exchange for something else and the 14days policy hasn't even passed.
