Exchange Policy

Despite having asked on at least four occasions I have still not received an answer.....why when I want to exchange goods from an online purchase am I not allowed to. And I have an invoice as proof of payment. And I'm treated with disrespect and a don't care attitude.....dismissive. why Pick n Pay, why?
