EXCHANGE POLICY

i placed an order on the 3rd march. 2 of the products were incorrect. same brand but not the variant i selected was delivered. within an hour- i sent an email to ***- making them aware. on the 5th- i received an email updating about a system glitch and had to reopedn the email. on the 6th- i resent the email and haven't heard anything from them since!!!!!!!!
