Exchange of product

Today Sunday 12 June i bought mealie neal at Pick 'n Pay Philip Nel Park, upon opening and pouring it into a buckey i found a rotten vegetable in it so i went back to Picknpay for an exchange and i was assisted by Kholofelo

She was so friendly and kept us on the progress on refunding because she had to check in the storeroom which took a while but eventually she fave us another item.

Thank you Pnp Kholofelo is an exemplary employee very professional indeed, we need more people like her :-)
