Exchange of kettle no need refund

Am not happy with the service I got today 20/01/2025 around 07:50 I went the PNP the crossing to exchange the kettle i bought last year, which is not working the guarantee is 12 months and I have a slip, and was told i should have return it earlier and i cant be assisted
