Exchange huggies dry comfort size

My bought wrong size of huggies dry comfort at festival mall yesterday. I went to ***** acres mall for exchange size. Naledi supervisor told me that they don't do exchange in the store I must go back to festival mall maybe they will assist me. I am so disappointed from big company like pick n pay to treat me like this being loyal customer them. I spend my transport money to go to ***** acres mall. Your assistance is highly appreciated.
