Exchange

I went to the store to make an exchange for a dress I purchased at Southgate mall, I went there because at Southgate the size I was looking for was out of stock and went to Westgate however when I got there I was rudely told that they won't give me a refund( which I never asked for in the first place) for the dress and when we got to the section the size was not there as well however there was a dress with the same price just different color and when I asked to take it instead the lady refused and i was directed to go to horizon view for an exchange for the same dress. The customer service there was very horrible.
