Exceptional service

I went to Pick n Pay Tembisa Tembi Mall. I had bought milk that got stale before the expiry date. When I went to discuss the matter, I was assisted by a wonderful lady by the name of Portia. Portia was so willing to help that she went out of her way to make sure that I get assisted. She couldn't refund me or give me fresh milk on the same day because I no longer had the merchandise, Portia kept following up for me and with me, she even called me weeks after the matter to find out if anyone had reached out to me and eventually, she called me to come to the store and to my surprise she really went the extra mile.
