Exceptional Service

Good Day

I would like to compliment two of your employees at PnP Riverside Mall in Nelspruit for exceptional service and friendliness.

I am from Gauteng and visiting the province and while at it I decided to redeem my CCBSA employee drinkage voucher in the shop. Firstly l was impressed there was a dedicated person (*Nonkululeko*) in the shop to look after the drinks section and when called to assist she came and assisted with calmness and warmness, even went to fetch some of the products from the back per my request with a smile on her face. She brought everything that l requested in the packs and flavors, well done👏 There after at the till point *Nothando* came to assist, I am assuming she saw the big trolley with lots of Coca Cola products and as a vigilant employee on the floor wanted to ensure all was in order and there would be no hiccups in the purchase or exchange. She was very professional in greeting, enquiring and offering to assist. I was again impressed. Nathando personally managed the entire process and it usually has its challenges but with her experience, patience and dedication all went well.

It's not everyday one gets to be treated with such top drawer treatment as a customer and today l really felt the power of brilliance with regards to commendable customer care.
