<p>Recently I received great service from PnP Online Shopping Call Centre Agent Ms Nomfundo Nwenya after I had experienced some minor glitshes with my Online Shopping Orders. She referred my problem to the Pnp Warehouse Manager of the Online Shopping Warehous at Festival Mall dispatch warehouse, Mr Jonas Lesufi, and once again I encountered the most superb emathetic service from this Gentleman, who went the extra mile for me, & even personally delivered my last consignment. Big up to PnP & wondeful to know there are such exceptional people out there !</p>
