EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE (Well Done!! )

Hi, on the 31/08/2021 @ 18:26 we were helped by Pinkie Chid @ Pick 'n Pay Northgate she made a mistake scanned sugar twice when we told her she apologised with honour to us, acknowledged and took ownership of her mistake then called her supervisor who didn't even greet us but she went on and thank her supervisor after the void. I was impressed with her exceptional customer service and teamwork, may she grow qithin the industry so she can teach the rest how she does it to remain calm and so respectfull especially towards the end of shift when everybody is tired.
