Exceptional Customer Service❤️

I am writing to extend my immense gratification towards exceptional customer Services.

Today 07 June 2026 I went to Pick n Pay to withdraw money from my TymeBank account. I queued there , when I got to the till the cashier said she doesn't have money I need go to the next till of which I went. I also queued and when I got the till , I was advised that they were told not to do Cashback anymore. I asked why , the cashier said that's what we've been told. I approached the till controller (Dark skinned lady with long eye lashes) I narrated my story to her , she was very rude with me and not interested in my story. I decided to leave, when I was about to exit the store I saw 2 ladies (Thando and Palesa) standing at the Information desk. I told them what I just experienced and bad treatment I received from their colleagues. They apologised and immediately attended to my problem.

I would like to congratulate Thandi and Palesa on the outstanding and exceptional customer services that they showed me. And going extra mile to ensure that customers needs are meet with promptness.

It is not everyday that one comes across a service as warm, proficient and swift as the one I received from those 2 ladies. They positively represent the Company's value and play a vital part in maintaining a high level of customers satisfaction.

In closing, Thandi and Palesa please accept my most heartfelt salute for job well done and accept my sincere thanks.
