Exceptional Customer Service at Pick n Pay Hazeldean

Let me take this moment to thank Mr. Mongezi Xaba at Pick n Pay Hazeldean.

As someone who recently started doing deliveries with Mr D, things can sometimes get confusing and frustrating. Today, Mr. Xaba came to my rescue when I almost left the store with parcels that weren’t wrapped or covered in plastic. It was raining heavily, and I didn’t know what to do.

With a big smile, he patiently asked me to wait while he put all three parcels into plastic bags. I was honestly surprised, because most people didn’t seem to care that I was about to walk out with paper bags in such heavy rain. When I asked for help earlier, no one assisted me — until Mr. Xaba stepped in.

Thanks to him, the parcels arrived safely, and the client really appreciated the effort.
