Exceptional Customer Service

A week ago I had a challenge with paying for plane tickets at Pick n Pay tambotie mall ,after my first interaction i contemplated booking afresh for the tickets. Ms Keitumetse then stepped in and offered to call the airline and get a reference number from them as the one i had was invalid but we still struggled to process it on their side as i was running out of time and had to leave . she asked for my contact details. within 20 minutes of me leaving their store she gave me a call and said i could come back and pay for the tickets they had figured what was the error.

I was blown at how she took her clients problems as her and managed to come up with a solution both beneficial to us.

Iwould like to commend her for excellent service and Pick n Pay is very fortunate to have her under their employ as she is an epitome of what customer service is.
