Excellent Support

<p>There is a truism in business that if you are happy with the service you receive from a company you tell your friends. If you are unhappy you tell everyone. Luckily this forum exists for both purposes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to say how impressed I am with the service I received from Johan Maritz. I had a problem with the online shopping and delivery, specificaly the delivery part of the process. It seemed that Pick 'n Pay delivered everywhere in my direct area except o my address. I contacted the Online Facebook Support and after some delay was given a stock answer that you actually do not deliver in my area but they would suggest it to the technical team. Obviously this was not going to fly since no one even bothered to look at a map since you do deliver to the neighbor behind me, it was obvious that our street just wasn't in your databse. I was resigned to make a big noise about this and then do my shopping at one of your competitors but Johan changed my mind completely.</p> <p> </p> <p>About 30 minutes after I told the support staff that I am completely unsatisfied with their efforts Johan contaced me on my cellphone. He actually did look at a map and immediately realised how silly the stock answer was. Within 30 minutes of speaking to him I could select my address on your online store and I am sure you have a lifetime customer in me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whatever else you do Pick 'n Pay, retain this man at all expense and maybe let him lecture on service delivery to your other support agents.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p>
