Excellent staff

One of your teller staff, Admire, was very friendly, well mannered, and has an eye for detail, for the customer.

After a printer malfunction, she had gotten a reprint of our slip from her supervisor.

She noticed that it was without barcode at the bottom, and promptly pointed it out to her supervisor (who then sorted the issue out for us with no complaint).

This lady has given me hope in service in this country again.
