I just wanna appreciate this beautiful lady for her amazing customer service. Thato serves with so much kindness and patience everyday! When you have a query she will go an extra mile to ensure you receive what you need. She will make sure you’re updated on every step of the way until your issue is resolved.

I use ASAP a lot and that’s how I met her, when she handled one of my orders. At times the store would miss one or two items on the order and Thato will run around and make sure you’re sorted. It doesn’t matter that it wasn’t her who packed it. Uzoksiza with a smile, I pray that she gets recognised for her hard work and be rewarded accordingly.
