EXCELLENT SERVICE---PnP Hyper by the Sea Durban North

I have experienced excellent service from Rowena Govender and Shawn Pillay of PnP Hyper Dbn North during this lockdown period.I had called the store to check if they could arrange for my online order to be done without my coming into the store to collect as my immunity is low and I would compromise myself by doing so. Rowena went beyond her call of duty by assisting in every possible way and I am totally grateful to her. She had even expertly packed all the goods .It appeared to me as if they were doing their personal shopping. It takes a person with compassion to do something like this for a customer. My pet has been diagnosed with a chronic condition and I needed items from the butchery done to my request for my pet and I was more than impressed with the manner in which the items were presented to me. I have observed Shawn Pillay the butchery manager, many times during my shopping prior to the covid-19 and I had been impressed with his manner and disposition and I wish to express my gratitude to him for his assistance during this difficult period. He had the products cut and packed just as requested and a big thank you for that. I was also kept informed of my online order and the unavailable items by Mona. To all of you, a very big thank you and appreciation. You are the front line that customers meet and are the eyes and ears of your brand. From my interaction with your"ll , you all are excellent representatives of the PnP brand and are an asset to the company. May God shower his safety and protection and bless each of you and your family. Once again I thank each and every one of you for your kindness and understanding and assistance.
