Excellent Service from Supervisor at Pnp N1 City

To whom it may concern

I'd like to send a compliment to a supervisor at Pnp N1 City Mall Goodwood Branch. I'm not sure of her name but I have the receipt of the cashier who assisted me. Hopefully you'll be able tp track down the supervisor. Unfortunately I didn't use my smartshopper for this small transaction...

I was a Pnp N1 City on Tuesday 17 December 2024 at 11:00am. I had 3 Futurelife vouchers, 2 was for the smart oats bars x 5 pack. When I got to the tills, the vouchers declined. The supervisor was so nice, she immediately came to assist. We then realized it was the wrong Futurelife bars. Anyway the supervisor was so kind, that she opted to go to the aisle herself to source the correct product for me. I went with her to show her where I found it. The futurelife that I had a voucher for wasn't in the aisle. The supervisor was determined to help me. She even went to the tills to go and check for the stock. Which we found, close to the checkouts. I was so grateful to her for her help in finding the product for me.

The 2 vouchers worked for the FutureLife bars. The other voucher I had was for the Futurelife Rhino Pops. Unfortunately the voucher kept declining because the supervisor tried about 4 times. I told her not to worry, its okay. However that supervisor was so sympathetic and apologetic that she apologized for the voucher not working. I told her it's okay, I'll email Futurelife and find out what's wrong...

Anyway, Futurelife emailed me today with a replacement voucher because the FutureLife Rhino Pops voucher was a misprint from their side.

Pnp Supervisor apologized to me for the voucher not working but it was a mistake voucher from Futurelife, so there was no need for her to apologize but she did.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the supervisor at Pnp N1 City for going the extra mile to help me. What excellent service. Just a pity I didn't get her name. She is the type of people that uphold the PNP name. Well done to her.

I've never experienced such outstanding service from anyone. Well done to her, thank you for being so kind and helpful. You definitely deserve an award for outstanding customer services. Thank you
