EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM OLIVIA GORDANS BAY STORE CAPE TOWN

I have no words to express my gratitude to one of the staff member named Olivia at the Pick n Pay Gordon's Bay , Cape town Store. I`m a single parent and buying a bread on the point on my PNP card only to find that it was not registered. The lady at the till refused to assist by calling the customer service line and i told her its okay ill leave the bread...then Olivia came to the rescue and confirmed the card is not registered and asked what my purchase was, of which i showed her the bread...so she Called me to the till and used her own banking card and paid for the bread, I just stood there and asked if she was sure and she mentioned that it was a pleasure to assist. Just wanted to express my thanks so such and amazing woman. Please convey my thanks to her.
