Excellent Service from Jonathon.

I had the most amazing service from Pick'n Pay Tablebay Mall. I found some plastic in my sausage that was completely random and out of character for their products. I mentioned it on Twitter/email. I was contacted by the head of the butchery there and I have never dealt with a nicer person. He was so apologetic and kind that in the end, I was apologising to him - you don't get a lot of people out there like that in the service industry. He followed up on the calls that I couldn't answer and at one point even offered to go back to work as he was leaving his shift, so that I could come and collect a replacement. Pick 'n Pay so lucky to have him. I hope that they show him this in some way.
