Excellent Service from Cashier

I received the best service I have had all year in a shop today from Cynthia - she was polite and friendly, saw that one of the bags was about to break and double-bagged it so that it didn't break when I tried to carry groceries inside my house, she also got up and fetched me a trolley more suitable for the groceries I had bought so that nothing would fall out when I went to my car. Thank you very much! I was very impressed at the care shown - it is very unusual these days to get this kind of service and it was greatly appreciated.
