Excellent Service from a Cashier

On 23-09-2020 at 08h25, I was served by Cashier Ms Luleka Bonahele and received excellent service. I reported a difference between the shelf price and the cash register price. Immediately Ms Bonahele accepted full responsibility in her personal capacity, on behalf of Pick 'n Pay to resolve the matter. "Sir, you are right and I am wrong. I will fix it now and sort it out later with my staff." Ms Bonahele should be promoted to the Training Centre where she could share her customer service skills with others. We all need and appreciate good customer service especially during the pandemic.
