Excellent Service

I was assisted by a lady named Phindile. She was so exceptional, and gave me excellent service. Haven't experience such great service from a retail store in a long long time. The staff usually just stands there minding their own business. But this lady, did everything possible to enhance my shopping experience. Her professionalism, patience and assistance in the shop was just outstanding. I had to really come and rate her service because it's important for every brand to know who is truly invested in their work.

I visited the store again on the 21st of March, and immediately i asked for her. Unfortunately she was on leave i was told. I was sad because as i had predicted no one offered their service to help or even gave half the service she gave. I bought a few items and just left.
