Excellent Service at Pick n Pay Tembi Mall

I recently had an experience at Pick n Pay Tembi Mall that left me deeply touched by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. While withdrawing R550, I somehow lost R100 in the process of re-depositing the money into my TymeBank account. I wasn’t sure if I had misplaced it or if there was a mistake when the money was given to me.

Jabulile Timana, the lady at the till, went above and beyond to assist me. With a genuine willingness to help, she suggested calling the security personnel to check the cameras to confirm if I was given the correct amount. Her empathy and proactive attitude were incredibly comforting in a stressful moment.

Rosina Mokwatedi also stepped in to assist. She tirelessly went to the camera multiple times to review the footage and kept me updated in the most polite and professional manner. Her dedication to ensuring I received clarity, even though the R100 could not be accounted for, was truly admirable.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to both Jabulile and Rosina for their exceptional service. Their empathy, patience, and determination to assist left a lasting impression on me. Even though the missing money remained unresolved, their approach made all the difference.
