Excellent service

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Nhlamuko at Pick n Pay Clothing, Jabulani Mall, on 30/05/2026.

I went shopping with my children and, during payment, an item that I had paid for was accidentally left behind at the store. I only noticed this when I got home. The following day, 31/05/2026, I returned to the store and was assisted by Nhlamuko.

I explained what had happened, and she listened attentively and understood my situation immediately. She took my receipt without making me feel uncomfortable or asking unnecessary questions. She then went to verify the matter using the CCTV footage. After checking, she returned and confirmed that she had seen that I had indeed left the item at the store.

Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were truly outstanding. I wish we could have more staff members like Nhlamuko. She provided customer service that went above and beyond my expectations.
