Excellent Service!!!

On 2015-04-17 at approximately 08:30 myself and a colleague went to Khayelitsha Pick n Pay. We went to buy a kettle with a certain price on the shelve. Went we got to the Till the price were more and we brought it under the attention of the Frontline Supervisor Lynette Du Preez and she went to the shelve and confirm that the price is indeed lower than the price at the Till. She then went to some or other manager Gene Grants and he said that the customer is correct. Lynette then gave us a price on the shelve.<br> I want to say thank you to Lynette Du Preez for letting the customer feel like a king and Thank you to Pick n Pay for employing people that knows how to handle customers. And the Way Lynette handled The issue was excellent with a Big Smile not being rude or disrespectful.Big Thumbs up!!! To Pick n Pay KHAYELITSHA.
