Excellent service

On the 12 July I went to pick n pay clothing at Mall of the South to exchange a tracksuit top. Upon my arrival I went to the tracksuit section, there was a lady who was so not interested in customers. I asked her for assistance and she told me that what I was looking for was sold out. I preceeded to the tills and Thato changed my experience, I asked him for a different size of the tracksuits I was looking for. He didn't hesitate to assist me, unlike his colleague. He grabbed a ladder and started looking for the tracksuit top and even suggested different colors, I ended up buying another tracksuit set because of his excellent service. Keep up the good work Thato your service was exceptional and Pick n pay needs more staff members like you.
