excellent service

Almost everyday i purchase this delicious ****ins pick and pay bakes at there bakery but the last week to my dismay they didnt bake any and when ever i ask they said it be tomorrow but nothing transpired which i found disappointing i approached the store manager Marwaan who investigated the problem and diligently arranged that they bake the ****ins for me and explained to me that the reason for the ****ins not being in stock was the shortage of cups which he said was unacceptable and sourced it from other branches.Marwaan went the extra mile by asking the bakery to bake the ****ins and also deliver it to me which i was very impressed.THANKYOU to Sunitha for arranging delivery and also going the extra mile i really appreciate your guys effort.<br> <br> i commend pick and pay kenilworth for there excellent service they go to satisfy there customers.<br> <br> Regards<br> Imran Mohamed
