Excellent service

On 30/05/2020 I was helped by a lady at customer care for the second time around, who is very patient and hard working even under pressure. I watched her help alot of people whiles busy with my query on the phone patiently waiting on Smart Shopper accounts department. We even had two phone lines running at a time and she was swoping them around speaking to consultants whiles attending to other customers when she was put on hold. This kind of service and work ethic is what upholds PnP's image in a positive manner. The store should be glad to have employees like her. Her name is Lukhanyo if I remember correctly.
