Excellent service!!!

I initially had an unsavoury experience at first but upon complaining about it to the store the customer relations team dealt with the matter o' so swiftly.

I got a call from the manager who dealt with the resolution and profusely apologized and she even gave me her work contact number to call in future, should I have any issue.

The second call I got was a follow up to see if I was still happy with the resolution and that alone brought a never ending smile to my face. I am still a die hard PnP fanatic!
