EXCELLENT SERVICE

I would like to compliment your Manger (Sello) at your branch at Clearwater mall. We have been shopping at this specific branch for the past 3 years.We always do our end of the month groceries there. Today we were waiting in the cue waiting to pay.We were called by Sello who was showing all the people which tills were open.We had two shopping trolleys full of goods. When it was our turn he came and fetched us. Huge smile and so polite showed us where to go.Obviously we were looking a bit tired after a long day,Sello out of the blue said that we look tired and that we needed something special.He asked my hubby what wine we drink and he told him that we like a red wine. Off Sello goes. He came back a few minutes later and handed us the bottle of wine and said thank you for shopping at Clearwater Pick n Pay and he hopes to see us soon and we must enjoy our evening. What an awesome manager!! Not for the fact that he gave us a free bottle of wine but for the fact that he was outstanding in the way he handled us and everyone else around us. He is well mannered and handles his staff with dignity and his clients like GOLD!! We thank Sello from the bottom of our hearts :)
